• Who will be counted towards the headcount of the subscription plan?  
  A collaborator can be in multiple projects and we'll still count them as one. We also count each admin as part of the headcount for your subscription plan.
  
  
• What are my payment options? 
  You can use a credit card to pay for any plans. If you sign up for an Annual subscription above $1,000, we can invoice you annually. Contact us at support@oneskyapp.com if you have any questions.
   
• Do I need a credit card to sign up? 
  No, credit card is not required when you sign up on OneSky. Simply input a valid email to complete the sign up process.
  
  
• Can I change my plan at any time? 
  Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. You can follow the instructions here. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
  
  
•  What are the API limits for paid plans?
   The API allows you to import and export locale files, tag keys or interact in other ways with localization data stored in   your OneSky account. See here for more details. 
  
  
• Does OneSky support crowdsourcing projects? 
  Yes it is available in paid plans. Having said that, non-profit organizations are eligible for a discount. Please contact us to check if your organization qualifies for it.
